Clover Displays will happily exchange items if you change your mind. You must make contact with Clover Displays via email or in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Your order, or part thereof, must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of Clover Displays receiving your email or letter. You can nominate a preferred item or we can issue you with a store credit voucher to the value of your returned goods. Your initial postage costs are non-refundable.
All items must be received in an unopened condition with all packaging and contents intact. Postage on the replacement item/s is also at the customer's expense. We recommend you use registered post when returning your items. Clover Displays will not be held responsible for any items that go missing during delivery back to us.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced, or you will be refunded once these items have been returned to us. You will be refunded for return post costs once the items have been received by us. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to Clover Displays via email or in writing within 7 days. Your initial postage costs will also be refunded if your entire order is faulty.
Cancellation of orders - should you wish to cancel an order or part of your order after making a Paypal or Credit Card payment, a $2.00 fee will be applied to your refund to cover bank charges.
